Lonely vs. Alone

Being physically alone and emotionally lonely are different experiences cut from the same cloth. While some may be comfortable being alone, being lonely can be considered a hardship.

The vibration of lonely can be the internal cry from the inner child looking for validation. But the validation and the acceptance have to come from you; otherwise, the answer you're seeking is superficial and fleeting. Being alone is an opportunity to know yourself and your Creator better, whether God, Jesus, Buddha, Shiva, Allah, Krishna, etc. Listen to your environment, your higher self, the birds, and the experiences happening around you and within you without the stimulation from the bombardment of our modern world. Your thoughts and emotions create your external world, making it critical to making "friends" with the energy within you.

Facing ourselves can be a loaded task. But it is not anyone else's job to answer the pressing questions that your Soul asks your psyche.

Our relationships are there to travel beside us, not in front or behind us. Andrea and Melody discuss pouring from a full cup instead of an empty one and expecting others to fill you. If you do not find your happiness, suffering may occur, and loneliness can creep into your external environment, requiring you to dive further inside yourself to find your true North.
